About Janie
I’m Janie Jones, a registered dietitian and empowerment coach passionate about helping clients heal their relationship with food and embrace mindful eating. I believe that nourishing our bodies with intention boosts energy, improves health, enhances well-being, and unlocks our full potential. Inspired by loved ones’ struggles with diabetes and heart disease, I became a dietitian to show others how food is truly the best medicine. With over 18 years of experience, I guide clients toward sustainable wellness by trusting their bodies and rejecting diet culture. Together, we’ll uncover what’s holding you back, rediscover the joy in eating, and help you thrive!

By the end of our session, you’ll leave with a concrete action plan tailored to your needs, featuring manageable steps to kickstart your journey.
