About Janine

I’m a Registered Dietitian with over 9 years of experience specializing in emotional eating and binge eating recovery. I help client's quiet food noise, rebuild trust with their bodies, and step out of cycles of restriction and guilt. I believe eating patterns are influenced by stress, emotions, hormones, and life experiences. My approach is compassionate, evidence-based, and individualized. In addition to clinical training, I bring personal insight into navigating a complicated relationship with food. My goal is to help you feel steady, confident, and at ease with food, not controlled by it.

Approach to care

My care philosophy is grounded in the belief that our bodies are created with intention and deserve care and compassion, not criticism. I integrate evidence-based nutrition with a grace-filled approach, helping clients break cycles of shame, restriction, and binge eating while building habits rooted in truth, self-compassion, and long-term sustainability. I believe there is no one-size-fits-all solution. Health looks different for everyone, and you can pursue well-being at any size. Rather than promoting restrictive diets, I prioritize creating a balanced, fulfilling lifestyle that supports both physical and emotional health. Together, we’ll develop strategies that work for you, ones that align with your goals, honor your body, and fit realistically into your life.

Your first session with Janine

Our first session is a space to share your story without judgment. We’ll explore your relationship with food, your health history, and what you hope to change. My approach is rooted in compassion and stewardship, helping you build sustainable nutrition habits that support both your physical and emotional well-being. You can expect compassion, structure, and practical next steps that feel manageable.
