“Follow up is great way to reset goals and revisit old goals“
June 25th, 2024“I felt heard and understood and felt like I had a clear goal for the next week.“
June 17th, 2024“It's awesome to bounce my feelings about food off of Jaren and hear if I'm being overly cautious about things. For example, am I taking sugar amounts too seriously or restricting things too much? I'm walking away with a lot of ideas that I hadn't really thought of or had forgotten about, too. I'm excited about working with her.“

About Jaren
Welcome! My name is Jaren and I love helping women build a healthy relationship with food and their bodies. As a dietitian I have worked to support clients struggling with eating disorders my entire career, and I could not be more passionate about reducing suffering for those who struggle with food and body image. I truly believe that when we make space to reduce the noise around food and body concerns that you have space to let your true essence shine through and impact the world in the way you were meant to. My job is to help support you along the way through compassionate and encouraging nutrition therapy.
Approach to care
My approach is rooted in seeing you as a whole person who maintains different aspects of self. I will guide you in adopting more neutrality around your body and working towards embodying intuitive eating principles that promote true self care.
Your first session with Jaren
Together we will explore your past and current relationship with food and body. As we understand more about your experiences we can understand what challenges and blocks you have encountered as you have tried to make changes in your relationship with food. Our sessions focus on building curiosity and self awareness to help bring about change. I also utilize "parts work" where we can explore the many aspects of ourselves- including the part of you that desires change and the part of you that resists or fears changing your relationship with food.
