Hi, I’m Jasmine! I’m a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a Master’s Degree in Food & Nutrition. My specialty is in Sports Nutrition. I have supported athletes at multiple universities and at the professional level. I also enjoy counseling clients on many other topics. Your first session with Jasmine
During your first virtual nutrition assessment with me, we’ll take a comprehensive look at your health and lifestyle to create a personalized nutrition plan aligned with your goals. We’ll review your medical history, medications, lab work (if available), and symptoms to identify any nutrition-related concerns. We’ll also discuss your eating habits, food preferences, activity level, sleep, and daily routines to gain insight into your lifestyle. While physical measurements aren’t collected virtually, I may ask for recent weight or height data. You’ll receive evidence-based recommendations you can start implementing right away, with clear explanations of how they support your goals. Together, we’ll explore how nutrition can support your physical, mental, and emotional health, creating a foundation for long-term wellness. The first step can be scary, but we will create a plan that feels achievable to you.
