About Jasmine
I specialize in women's health, hormone balance, and pediatrics - from fertility and pregnancy to postpartum and beyond. I combine clinical experience with a warm, realistic approach to help you feel nourished, confident, and connected to your body. I have my Masterās in Nutrition and am a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist. Since becoming a dietitian in 2017, Iāve worked across pediatric hospitals, WIC programs, and community health centers, supporting families through some of the most important seasons of life. I also served as a Peace Corps volunteer for several years, focusing on maternal and child health in rural Zambia. I'm a mom to two young kids and also have a couple other fun businesses on the side with my husband like sports card collecting and reselling clothing.
Approach to care
I take a realistic, compassionate approach to nutrition that honors your body, your time, and your values. My goal is to help you feel confident and nourished without guilt or overwhelm. Whether weāre working on hormone balance, healing your relationship with food, or finding quick and satisfying meals for your family, I meet you where you are and walk alongside you.
Your first session with Jasmine
Our first session is all about you. Weāll take time to understand your goals, your lifestyle, and whatās feeling hard right now. You can expect a lot of listening, zero judgment, and a plan that feels doable - not perfect. We'll create a clear path forward that includes support, education, and small shifts that add up to real change.
