About Jaymin

I’m a registered sports dietitian dedicated to helping both athletes and everyday individuals fuel their bodies with confidence. I specialize in performance nutrition, recovery strategies, and building sustainable habits that support long-term health. Whether I’m working with competitive athletes striving for peak performance or members of the general population looking to improve energy, manage weight, or develop a healthier relationship with food, my goal is to provide practical, evidence-based guidance tailored to each person’s needs. I’m passionate about making nutrition simple, supportive, and empowering so every client can reach their goals and feel their best.

Approach to care

My approach to care is rooted in compassion, collaboration, and evidence-based practice. I believe that nutrition should be personalized, practical, and supportive of each individual’s unique goals, preferences, and lifestyle. I take the time to listen, understand the whole person, and create an environment where clients feel comfortable, informed, and empowered. Rather than relying on rigid rules or one-size-fits-all plans, I focus on sustainable strategies that promote long-term wellbeing and a positive relationship with food. My goal is to provide guidance that is both scientifically sound and realistically achievable, helping clients build confidence and make meaningful, lasting changes.

Your first session with Jaymin

During the first session, we’ll take a detailed look at your goals, current habits, health history, and daily routines so I can understand the full picture of your needs. I’ll ask targeted questions about your nutrition, lifestyle, activity level, and any challenges you’re facing. From there, we’ll identify your priorities, outline realistic next steps, and set a plan that feels achievable for you. You’ll leave the session with a clear direction, personalized guidance, and a better understanding of how we’ll work together to reach your goals. My goal is to make the process comfortable, informative, and tailored to you from day one.
