Jean's nutrition assessment reviews your medical history, lived experience and beliefs around diets, food, and your own body messaging. Through our initial conversation, Jean will connect dots like a clinical detective to find the source of imbalance and work with you to create goals based on recommendations that may include meal planning, supplementation, further lab testing and lifestyle plans. Small daily changes are a little dose of self love daily, that peel away layers of illness and restores balance so you can thrive!
