I earned my degree in Nutrition and Food Science/Dietetics from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, where I gained a strong foundation in medical nutrition therapy, and sustainable dietary practices.
Hobbies
Outside of my work as a dietitian, I enjoy staying active through weightlifting and hiking, which keep me both physically and mentally strong. I also love cooking and experimenting with new recipes, finding ways to make nutritious meals both delicious and satisfying. Most of all, I cherish spending time with my family, creating memories and enjoying good food together.
