About Jeani

I help women with PCOS, endometriosis, and fertility challenges improve symptoms, reduce inflammation, and support more regular, less painful cycles — without restrictive dieting. My approach is food-first, anti-inflammatory, and rooted in science. Together, we focus on addressing the underlying drivers of symptoms like fatigue, brain fog, bloating, weight changes, and irregular cycles — not just managing them with quick fixes. I work best with clients who feel frustrated by conflicting advice, restrictive diets, or being told their labs are “normal” when they know something is off. If you’re looking for a realistic, sustainable plan that supports hormone balance and fertility, I’m here to help. I hold a Master’s degree in Nutritional Science from the University of Washington, where I specialized in women’s health and fertility. Outside of work, you’ll find me flying through the air as an aerial circus artist or adventuring with my husband, toddler daughter and rescue dog Raven.

Approach to care

I believe hormone health is best supported through adding healthy and delicious foods, not restriction. My goal is to help you find joy and confidence in food while addressing the root causes of hormone-related symptoms. I take a food-first, anti-inflammatory approach that focuses on adding in supportive foods rather than cutting foods out. Together, we create a plan that fits your preferences, culture, schedule, and real life — so it’s sustainable long-term. I practice from a non-restrictive, weight-inclusive framework. Over time, many clients are able to move toward intuitive eating once their bodies are adequately nourished and their symptoms are better supported. My role is to help you understand what your body needs — so your food, supplements and lifestyle align to promote hormone balance and help you feel like yourself again.

Your first session with Jeani

In our first session, I’ll ask thoughtful questions to understand your symptoms, cycle patterns, medical history, lifestyle, and goals — not just what you eat. You’ll leave with clarity around what may be driving your hormone symptoms, along with practical, personalized next steps you can start right away. This may include food-first strategies, supplement guidance (when appropriate), and simple lifestyle shifts to support hormone balance, energy, and more regular cycles. My approach is collaborative, realistic, and non-restrictive — designed to fit your life and help you feel better without adding stress.
