About Jeanine

Blending science, compassion, and real-life strategies to help you feel your best! I’m a Registered Dietitian with decades of experience in clinical care, outpatient counseling, and oncology nutrition. I’ve supported patients through many stages of life, including specialized work in head, neck, and lung cancers. I spent over 12 years as a Curves franchise owner, helping women build confidence, strength, and sustainable wellness habits—an experience that shaped the way I empower people today. Nutrition and wellness have always been my passion. I teach practical, evidence-based strategies that fit into real life and take an 80/20 approach to nutrition, encouraging balance, flexibility, and small, meaningful steps for long-term success. Outside of work, I’m often outdoors. I love golfing, paddleboarding, kayaking, and nature walks—with a warm coffee in hand. I recently relocated from snowy Chicago to beautiful North Carolina and am thrilled to be part of the incredible communities here.

Approach to care

My approach is rooted in compassion, connection and meeting people where they are. I work hard to create a welcoming, judgement-free space where you feel heard and supported. Every patient's story is unique, so I tailor each plan around your goals, your preferences, and your lifestyle-not a one-sized-fits-all idea of "perfect" nutrition. Together, we'll build habits that feel doable, sustainable and empowering.

Your first session with Jeanine

During your first session, we'll spend time getting to know each other. I'll ask about your health history, daily routines, challenges, and what you hope to achieve. I'll complete a thorough assessment to get a complete picture of your needs, and from there we'll begin creating a personalized, evidence-based plan that supports your long-term goals. Sessions are about 60 minutes and designed to help you feel supported, understood and ready to take meaningful steps forward.
