About Jeanine

Jeanine is a dietitian and therapist who works with individuals living with chronic digestive, hormonal, and autoimmune conditions. She helps clients understand how stress, coping patterns, and life experiences affect the body—and how to reverse those cycles with practical, evidence-based strategies. Her experiences working with weight loss surgery patients who often regained weight 2-3 years post-op spurred her efforts to address the behavioral, emotional aspects of the weight regain and led to her becoming a therapist. Jeanine’s work goes beyond meal plans to help you reduce flare-ups, rebuild trust with your body, and feel more in control of your health. Book a free discovery call to get started.

Approach to care

Approach to care I have a holistic approach to health that addresses not just physical health, but mental, emotional, social, and spiritual well-being as well. I believe that food can be used as medicine for healing chronic diseases, fixing disordered eating behaviors, balancing hormones, and creating an overall more enjoyable lifestyle.

Your first session with Jeanine

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. We’ll talk about your relationship with weight and body image over the course of your life, and explore what your day-to-day routines look like right now. This includes your eating patterns, movement, medications, sleep, stress, and how emotions may show up around food. Together, we’ll use a supportive, motivational approach to help you uncover what truly matters to you and what feels realistic for this season of your life. From there, we’ll begin building sustainable habits that feel nourishing, empowering, and aligned with your overall well-being.
