About Jeanine

I'm a registered dietitian who understands the real life challenges of trying to prioritize health while managing family, work, and everything in between. My own journey with weight struggles and health issues along with the constant pressure to put others first has shaped how I support my clients today. Too often we put our own health and well being on the back burner. I understand how hard it can be to find time for yourself when everything and everyone comes first. As a dietitian with 30 years experience, I have dedicated my career to helping others improve their health through evidence based nutrition. I have worked in diabetes management, weight management, cardiac care, bariatrics, as well as oncology. My approach is about progress over perfection, and learning how to prioritize your well being without overhauling your entire life.

I am a passionate dietitian who has had positive impact on the patients and clients under my care. I pride myself on being able to successfully educate and influence people to develop strong habits that have lasting, positive influence on their lives. I believe that living a healthy life doesn't mean giving up the things you love. You can enjoy good food, share a glass of wine, and still move toward your goals. Because health isn't just about numbers- it's about balance, confidence and showing up for yourself. Whether you're seeking support with weight loss, meal planning, or simply feeling more in control around food. I'm here to help you build habits that last- without giving up the foods you love.

Your first session with Jeanine

The first session is about getting to know each other. We will talk about your goals, challenges and what feeling good in your body means to you. I'll ask you some questions to better understand your health history, lifestyle, dietary intake. We will talk about short and long term goals. This is a judgement free space, focused on you and your lifestyle needs. My goal is to meet you where you're at and start building a plan that feels realistic, supportive and tailored to you. Lasting nutritional health is not just about what to eat and not eat. It's about real mind shifts to create new lasting results. I want to help you take the guess work out and educate you on something you can do for the rest of your life with room to enjoy the things you love. A series of small changes, can lead to lasting change over time. We will start building a plan that feels realistic, attainable, supportive and tailored to you.
