Jeanne is passionate about making nutrition feel simple—not stressful—and partners with each patient to create realistic strategies that fit their lifestyle.

Your first session with Jeanne

Your initial visit includes a comprehensive nutrition assessment, a review of your health and/or performance goals, and an exploration of your current habits. Together, we’ll develop practical next steps and goals tailored to your lifestyle. You’ll walk away with focused action steps and a sense of direction for our work together.
