About Jeannine

I am the co-creator of Groll Family Fitness, a family-friendly gym in Idaho, and Got Health?, a nutrition and health coaching center in Utah. For over 25 years, my husband and I have owned and operated our gym, serving individuals and families who want to improve their health in a sustainable, realistic way. As a wife, mother of three, and grandmother of six, I understand how important it is to feel strong, energized, and capable in order to live life to its fullest. I enjoy outdoor activities such as skiing, triathlons, and hiking, as well as indoor training including strength training, yoga, and teaching. I believe in ā€œtraining for lifeā€ā€”so I can be ready for whatever each day brings—and I bring that same philosophy into the care I provide for my clients.

Approach to care

As a registered dietitian, personal trainer, and certified health coach, my approach to care is rooted in individualized, evidence-based nutrition. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all plans. Instead, I partner with each client to understand their goals, lifestyle, medical history, and challenges, then create personalized strategies that support lasting change. I have a deep love for helping people truly understand nutrition—so they can make informed choices, build confidence around food, and create health in their own lives. My passion is helping others achieve optimal health so they can live their best lives.

Your first session with Jeannine

Your first session is all about you. My goal is to understand who you are, what matters most to you, and how nutrition can support the life you want to live. We may go over your health history, lifestyle, current habits, and goals. I want to know what’s worked for you in the past, what hasn’t, and what challenges you’re facing right now. My goal is to help you understand how nutrition affects your body so you can make confident, informed choices. By the end of your session, you can expect a clear understanding of your personal goals and priorities, insight into how your current nutrition patterns may be supporting or holding back your health, practical, next steps you can begin using right away, and a collaborative plan designed to help you move forward with confidence. My approach is supportive and judgment-free. Together, we’ll create a plan that helps you not only reach your goals, but maintain them so you can feel strong, energized, and enjoy the life you’re living.
