With 20 years of experience in the nutrition field, combined with my education, I specialize in preventative wellness, the mind-body connection, and managing a range of health conditions. In addition to being a Registered Dietitian, I've expanded my expertise as a Certified Health Coach, Diabetes Prevention Lifestyle Coach, Diabetes Care and Education Specialist, Yoga Teacher, Reiki Practitioner, and Author focusing on Wellness, Self-Empowerment, and Spirituality.
