βJen was an excellent dietitian! She helped me understand my blood work, especially with my concerns of my high LDL, and Jen was able yo provide ne with some personalized suggestions based on my unique self. She gave me great meal planning ideas and scheduled a follow-up in two weeks. β

About Jenn
I have been a dietitan since 2004. I love what I do and I have worked in many arenas during my career--long-term care, skilled nursing, wellness centers, and for the local government. For the past 6 years, I have also taught part time as an adjunct for a local college. I did my undergrad at West Chester University and my Master's degree at Arizona State University. I am new to Nourish, but have been doing telehealth since 2020. I have a husband and 2 teenage girls who take much of my time, however my career is my happy place. I love fitness (strength training usually) and am a previous distance runner. The body can do amazing things when fed amazing food.
Approach to care
I tend to take a more natural approach to wellness--believing in the food first philosophy. I am wholistic in my approac--looking at sleep, exercise, food, stress and biometrics before putting a plan together. I will meet my clients where they are and progress at their pace.
Your first session with Jenn
I will ask you about your goals first to understand the end point. I will dig deep on your lifestyle, habits and potential barriers. We will complete the screening form, including 24-hr food recall, medications, supplements, diagnoses, and past medical history. To get started, we will choose 1-2 goals and schedule a follow-up to evaluate, troubleshoot, and progress.
