About Jenna

Hi!! I'm Jenna, and I'm so happy you're here! My journey to becoming a dietitian was fueled by my own struggles with diet culture, crash dieting, and poor self-image. That's why I'm so passionate about guiding others toward a healthier relationship with food and their bodies. There's a lot of misinformation out there about nutrition, and I'm excited to help you navigate it all! :)

Approach to care

Understanding and empathy are at the heart of my practice. I never want to be the dietitian that clients feel nervous eating around. My goal is to create a comforting and welcoming environment where you feel safe and supported. I pride myself on being honest and real, offering straightforward guidance without judgment. Together, we'll explore your unique needs and challenges, developing a personalized plan that empowers you to make sustainable, positive changes. <3

Your first session with Jenna

Our first meeting is all about getting to know each other! We'll start with introductions and then dive into a conversation about your past medical history, your goals, and your current meal patterns. This helps me understand your unique needs and challenges. From there, we'll establish a game plan together, setting realistic and achievable steps to help you reach your nutrition and wellness goals. Expect a supportive and collaborative environment where your voice is heard and valued!
