About Jenna
Hi! I’m Jenna Delfino, a Registered Dietitian with over 5 years of experience supporting people on their journey to better health through personalized and practical nutrition care. I’m especially passionate about women’s health, helping clients balance their hormones, improve gut health, manage their weight, and navigate pre- and postnatal nutrition. I’ve worked with many women managing a range of conditions, including PCOS, IBS, GERD, prediabetes, type 2 diabetes, gestational diabetes, postpartum recovery, cardiovascular health and more. I also support those dealing with food intolerances, autoimmune conditions, and other digestive disorders. As a mom myself, I understand how challenging it can be to focus on your health while balancing the demands of family, work, and everyday life. My goal is to help you create sustainable, realistic changes that fit your lifestyle and make you feel your best without added stress.

Your first session with Jenna
Our first session is all about understanding your full health story. We’ll dive into your medical history, lifestyle, eating habits, symptoms, stress, sleep, and what you’re hoping to achieve. I want to get a clear picture of what’s going on in your body and your life so we can build a plan that makes sense for you. By the end of the session, we’ll set small, realistic goals that feel doable right now. These goals will give you a clear direction between sessions. In our follow-ups, we’ll reassess, adjust, and build on your progress making sure you stay on track and continue moving toward your long-term health goals. You’ll leave feeling heard, supported, and with a personalized action plan you can start putting into practice right away.

When I’m not working, I love spending time with my friends and family. I’m a mom to two beautiful, energetic little girls who fill our home with fun and laughter. I enjoy anything active—whether it’s going for a hike with my golden retriever, Thor, strength training, Pilates, or taking daily walks. I also love cooking, experimenting with new recipes, and trying delicious food at new restaurants. And when I get a quiet moment, there’s nothing better than relaxing with a good show.
