About Jenna
Hi, I'm Jenna. I'm a Registered Dietitian based in St. Petersburg, Florida, with a MPH and LD, and I bring a few years of hands-on experience across private practice, sports nutrition, and food service. I earned my Masters in Public Health and Nutrition to understand how communities, labs, and everyday choices connect to health. I have celiac disease myself, and that fuels my passion for helping others with GI or autoimmune concerns feel understood and empowered. Outside of work I love beach volleyball, dancing, art, and giving back in my local church. I look forward to meeting you and, together, mapping your first steps.
Approach to care
My care philosophy is evidence-based, empathetic, and collaborative. I ground our work in current science while honoring your story, goals, and your body's signals. We'll move at a pace that feels right for you, with clear, actionable steps and regular check-ins so you know what to do next. I practice through a Health At Every Size lens, focusing on behaviors that support well-being rather than weight as a moral measure. Nutrition is holistic and educational for me, and I aim to empower you to understand your body and make informed choices that last well beyond our time together.
Your first session with Jenna
Our first appointment is all about you. We'll start by building a shared understanding of your medical history, current lab work or biometrics, and your relationship with food. We won't require perfection or a complete plan upfront; we'll establish short-term goals and a realistic path forward. We'll explore what has helped you in the past, what hasn't, and what you hope to achieve. You don't need to have it all figured out yet; we'll map out 1β2 achievable goals for our next visit and take it from there.
