About Jenna
Hi, I’m Jenna — I’m so glad you’re here, and I’m honored to support you on your nutrition journey! I’m a Registered Dietitian and Certified Nutrition Support Clinician with a decade of clinical and leadership experience in high‑acuity medical nutrition therapy, including oncology, transplant nutrition, and advanced nutrition support such as TPN and tube feeding. I also have extensive experience in chronic disease management, including heart health, diabetes, bariatric transitions, and overall wellness. I’m passionate about empowering clients to understand their bodies, use nutrition as a tool for healing, and feel confident in making sustainable changes. Outside of work, I enjoy cooking, listening to audiobooks, going on walks with my family and dog, and doing Lagree. I'm also a toddler mom - so I understand needing to balance busy, demanding schedules with fueling your body properly and without guilt!
Approach to care
I believe nutrition should support healing and peace of mind, not add to your stress. Science guides every recommendation I make, but your real life is what shapes how we put those recommendations into action. My approach is straightforward, realistic, and tailored to your individual background, preferences, and goals. Together, we’ll look beyond food alone and consider the whole picture: sleep, movement, stress, environment, and daily routines. This allows us to build sustainable, long‑term change rather than chasing quick fixes. My goal is to help you feel confident, capable, and supported as you navigate your day‑to‑day health and work toward lasting wellness.
Your first session with Jenna
Your first session is a collaborative, low‑pressure conversation designed to help us understand you—not to overwhelm you. We’ll review your medical history, lab work, and any relevant biometrics, then explore your relationship with food, your daily routines, and the challenges you’re navigating right now. Together, we’ll set a few realistic, short‑term goals and create a practical plan you can begin using right away. You don’t need to prepare anything or have your goals fully figured out—just bring your questions and your lived experience.
