About Jenna

Hello! I've been a registered dietitian for over 17 years, and I love helping individuals heal their relationship with food and their bodies. My own journey—from struggling with diet culture and body shame to finding health and freedom through intuitive eating and sustainable behavior change—inspires the work I do today. I specialize in disordered eating and healthy habit formation, and I've helped clients with a variety of goals and health conditions. My passion is helping people break free from restrictive mindsets, improve their energy and confidence, and develop a peaceful, lasting relationship with food and their bodies. As a mom of five, I understand the challenges of balancing health with life’s demands, and I’m here to support you every step of the way!

Approach to care

I believe true health and well-being come from a place of respect for your body—not restriction or resistance. My approach is rooted in helping you develop a positive, sustainable relationship with food and your body, free from rigid, unrealistic food rules. I prefer a weight-neutral approach, focusing on sustainable habits that fit your unique lifestyle, values, and goals. But if weight is a concern for you, I’m happy to support you in a way that doesn't result in weight-cycling or worsened long-term health. My compassionate counseling and nutritional guidance are designed to empower you, helping you find freedom with food and your body. I would love to support you on your journey to a healthier, happier you!

Your first session with Jenna

In our first session, I’ll take the time to get to know you—your health history, lifestyle, goals, and what motivates you. We’ll explore your priorities and any challenges you face in achieving your goals. Then we'll work together to develop a plan that fits your needs, with realistic strategies to move forward and actionable steps you can implement right away. My goal is to create a safe, open, and supportive space, free of any judgment. I look forward to working together on your journey to better health!
