Hi, I’m Jennifer! I’m a Registered Dietitian with over 20 years of experience helping people improve their health through practical, personalized nutrition. I’ve worked in a variety of settings — including hospitals, wellness programs, and dialysis clinics — giving me a deep understanding of how nutrition impacts every stage of life and health condition.

Your first session with Jennifer
During your first session with me at Nourish, we’ll take the time to get to know you — your health goals, lifestyle, preferences, and any challenges you’re facing. I’ll review your medical history, current eating habits, lab results (if available), and any symptoms or concerns you may have. This helps me understand your full picture and create a plan that’s realistic, effective, and personalized just for you. Together, we’ll talk about what’s been working, what hasn’t, and what kind of support you need to move forward confidently. My goal is to make you feel comfortable, heard, and empowered — never judged.
