About Jennifer

Hi, I’m Jennifer! I’m a Registered Dietitian with over 20 years of experience helping people improve their health through practical, personalized nutrition. I’ve worked in a variety of settings — including hospitals, wellness programs, and dialysis clinics — giving me a deep understanding of how nutrition impacts every stage of life and health condition.

Approach to care

I believe nutrition should be simple, enjoyable, and sustainable. My approach focuses on meeting you where you are — understanding your lifestyle, preferences, and goals — and guiding you with realistic, step-by-step changes. I’m here to listen, encourage, and help you build a positive relationship with food so you can feel your best from the inside out creating a healthy lifestyle that truly works for you.

Your first session with Jennifer

During your first session with me at Nourish, we’ll take the time to get to know you — your health goals, lifestyle, preferences, and any challenges you’re facing. I’ll review your medical history, current eating habits, lab results (if available), and any symptoms or concerns you may have. This helps me understand your full picture and create a plan that’s realistic, effective, and personalized just for you. Together, we’ll talk about what’s been working, what hasn’t, and what kind of support you need to move forward confidently. My goal is to make you feel comfortable, heard, and empowered — never judged. By the end of our first visit, you’ll leave with: • A clear understanding of your nutrition goals • Practical, easy-to-follow steps you can start right away • Ongoing support and follow-up plans to help you stay on track At Nourish, I believe in progress, not perfection — and I’m here to help you make meaningful, lasting changes that fit your life.
