About Jennifer
Hi! Iâm Jennifer, and for over 18 years, Iâve been helping people move past the "quick fix" and into a life where they truly feel their best. As a Founder, Educator, and Board-Certified Expert, Iâve spent my career solving complex health puzzlesâfrom the hormonal shifts of perimenopause and menopause to the intricacies of insulin resistance and diabetes. Iâve been honored as "Outstanding Dietitian of the Year" and have secured federal grants for my work, but the title I care about most is being a compassionate problem-solver for my patients. I know that health is personal, sometimes frustrating, and often confusing. Iâm here to simplify the science and provide the empathy you deserve while we work together to reclaim your energy and confidence.
Approach to care
I donât believe in "dieting." I believe in sustainable behavior change that fits your actual lifeânot a perfect version of it. My approach is holistic, evidence-based, and deeply rooted in empathy. Whether we are managing menopause symptoms, helping your GLP-1 drug work the best, gaining muscle, losing weight, navigating sports nutrition, or reversing insulin resistance, my goal is to help you understand why your body is responding the way it is. I combine my clinical background as a Certified Diabetes Educator with a "real-talk" coaching style. We wonât just talk about whatâs on your plate; weâll tackle the habits, hormones, and hurdles that have held you back in the past.
Your first session with Jennifer
Think of our first session as a "Deep Dive Discovery." My #1 priority is making sure you feel heard and understood. * The Big Picture: Weâll talk about your history, your health goals, andâmost importantlyâyour "why." Connecting the Dots: Weâll look at the intersection of your hormones, lifestyle, and nutrition to figure out exactly whatâs been missing. The "Quick Win": You wonât leave with a generic handout. Youâll leave with a clear, personalized roadmap and at least one or two actionable steps you can start today to begin feeling better immediately. A New Connection: Youâll walk away knowing you have an expert in your corner who is just as invested in your success as you are. Ready to make a change that actually sticks? I canât wait to meet you and help you start your journey toward feeling good for life!
