About Jennifer

Hi! I’m Jennifer, and for over 18 years, I’ve been helping people move past the "quick fix" and into a life where they truly feel their best. As a Founder, Educator, and Board-Certified Expert, I’ve spent my career solving complex health puzzles—from the hormonal shifts of perimenopause and menopause to the intricacies of insulin resistance and diabetes. I’ve been honored as "Outstanding Dietitian of the Year" and have secured federal grants for my work, but the title I care about most is being a compassionate problem-solver for my patients. I know that health is personal, sometimes frustrating, and often confusing. I’m here to simplify the science and provide the empathy you deserve while we work together to reclaim your energy and confidence.

Approach to care

I don’t believe in "dieting." I believe in sustainable behavior change that fits your actual life—not a perfect version of it. My approach is holistic, evidence-based, and deeply rooted in empathy. Whether we are managing menopause symptoms, helping your GLP-1 drug work the best, gaining muscle, losing weight, navigating sports nutrition, or reversing insulin resistance, my goal is to help you understand why your body is responding the way it is. I combine my clinical background as a Certified Diabetes Educator with a "real-talk" coaching style. We won’t just talk about what’s on your plate; we’ll tackle the habits, hormones, and hurdles that have held you back in the past.

Your first session with Jennifer

Think of our first session as a "Deep Dive Discovery." My #1 priority is making sure you feel heard and understood. * The Big Picture: We’ll talk about your history, your health goals, and—most importantly—your "why." Connecting the Dots: We’ll look at the intersection of your hormones, lifestyle, and nutrition to figure out exactly what’s been missing. The "Quick Win": You won’t leave with a generic handout. You’ll leave with a clear, personalized roadmap and at least one or two actionable steps you can start today to begin feeling better immediately. A New Connection: You’ll walk away knowing you have an expert in your corner who is just as invested in your success as you are. Ready to make a change that actually sticks? I can’t wait to meet you and help you start your journey toward feeling good for life!
