About Jennifer
Dr. Bolton is a registered dieitian with 25 years experience in counseling patients on wellness, weight loss, disordered eating and goal achievement. Jennifer is a university professor who does what she teaches and loves helping people make changes in their life.

My philosophy is to meet the patient where they are, my wellness goal for you is to help you achieve what YOU want to achieve. I am here as your support and your cheerleader. Often patients know what to do, they just need a little support from an expert.
