About Jennifer
My name is Jennifer (Jenn) and I am a registered dietitian who loves eating and cooking delicious food with friends and family. I have been a registered dietitian for 7 years with a private practice, renal clinical dietitian, and manager. Currently, I work as a nutrition services manager for a renal company and I love to empower people to make healthy eating a simple and enjoyable part of their lifestyles. I recently became a mom and have found that balance is everything. Whether that is the food choices, the behaviors we set, or the goals we make it is really important to find balance in all that we do. I live in North Carolina with my husband, son, and many animals.
Approach to care
Empowering the patient- your journey is more important than the end outcome. I am here for support, guidance, and encouragement. I have learned to enjoy the process and I hope to share in your experience.
Your first session with Jennifer
The first session we will dive into many areas of your health. I will ask clarifying questions to further understand possible barriers and help to work through sustainable solutions to achieve your health goal. You can expect many questions that may not seem relevant to what you are eating. Nutrition is a holistic approach and I will want to know your goals and pattens during this session.
