About Jennifer

Hi, I’m Jennifer! I’m a Registered Dietitian with over 7 years of experience helping people build a healthier relationship with food without the confusion or guilt. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from the University of Northern Colorado and now live in Hawaii with my husband and two kids.

Approach to care

My approach is client-centered and collaborative! I believe that you are the expert in your own life, and my role is to support and guide you, not to tell you what to do or hand you a one-size-fits-all plan. We’ll work together to set realistic, meaningful goals that make sense for your lifestyle, your preferences, and your unique health journey.

Your first session with Jennifer

First things first: this is a no-judgment zone. Our first session is just a real, honest convo about you - your goals, your habits, your relationship with food, and anything else you want to share. We’ll look at what’s been helpful (and what hasn’t), then come up with a few doable steps to get you moving in the right direction. Simple, supportive, and all about what works for you.
