About Jennifer

Hi! My name is Jen! I am passionate about helping women feel their best through a holistic approach to health and nutrition. My focus is on supporting women in balancing their hormones, improving energy and alleviating symptoms through nourishing foods, sustainable habits and mindful movement. I believe in healing the body from the inside out using nutrition, lifestyle changes and regular movement to promote long term wellness. My goal is to empower women to build a healthy relationship with food and their bodies, and to feel confident and strong at every stage of life.

Approach to care

I practice from a Heath at Every Size (HAES) perspective- supporting women in building a positive relationship with food and their bodies without focusing on the number on the scale. I believe in empowering each woman to reconnect with their bodies, honor its signals and find confidence and wellness from the inside out.
