About Jennifer
Fortunate to live in the beautiful state of Colorado where my husband and I have raised two girls. We love the outdoors and are constantly striving to see and experience the next adventure. I prefer to follow a flexitarian meal pattern, although I live with two carnivores. Being employed in the health care setting for a few decades has imprinted on me what not taking care of yourself can do your overall health. This is a constant reminder that we have a choice to improve our overall health.
Approach to care
Nutrition counseling is a collaborative process. During our sessions, I take time to listen to your individual experiences, challenges, and goals. No two people are the same, and there is not singe “right” way to achieve better health. Together, we will explore different strategies and identify practical steps that feel achievable and meaningful to you.
