I believe that all foods can fit into a healthy, balanced lifestyle. I take an individualized approach with every person I work withâgetting to know what foods you enjoy, what matters most to you, and what feels realistic in your day-to-day life. My goal is to help you build confident, sustainable habits without stress, guilt, or restriction. Iâm all about adding nourishing foods and simple strategies that support your wellbeing while keeping food enjoyable.

Iâll ask questions about your current eating patterns, medical history, and any challenges youâre facing, but in a relaxed, judgment-free way. Together, weâll talk through what you want to focus on and begin creating a personalized plan that feels realistic and supportiveânot overwhelming or restrictive. My priority is to make you feel comfortable, heard, and confident as we take the first steps toward building sustainable habits that fit into your life. By the end of the session, youâll have a clear sense of direction, practical next steps, and a partner in your corner to help you reach your goals.
