I take an individualized approach with every person I work with—getting to know what foods you enjoy, what matters most to you, and what feels realistic in your day-to-day life. My goal is to help you build confident, sustainable habits without stress, guilt, or restriction. I’m all about adding nourishing foods and simple strategies that support your wellbeing while keeping food enjoyable.

Your first session with Jennifer

During our first session, we’ll spend time getting to know you—your goals, your lifestyle, and the foods you genuinely enjoy. I’ll ask questions about your current eating patterns, medical history, and any challenges you’re facing, but in a relaxed, judgment-free way. Together, we’ll talk through what you want to focus on and begin creating a personalized plan that feels realistic and supportive—not overwhelming or restrictive. My priority is to make you feel comfortable, heard, and confident as we take the first steps toward building sustainable habits that fit into your life. By the end of the session, you’ll have a clear sense of direction, practical next steps, and a partner in your corner to help you reach your goals.

Outside of work, I love staying active—running, weight lifting, Pilates, and challenging myself with marathons and Spartan races. I also love spending time with friends, trying new restaurants, and enjoying good food and good company.
