Whether you’re looking to improve your energy, manage a health condition, or simply feel better in your body, I’m here to guide and support you.

In our first session, my focus is on creating a welcoming space where you can feel heard without judgment. I’ll spend time to better understand your history, strengths, and current challenges. Together, we’ll begin identifying your goals for nutrition and talk about what approaches might be most helpful for you.
