Hi, I'm Jennifer a RD, LD with over 20 years experience in clinical nutrition. My passion is helping you achieve your health & wellness goals through personalized, practical nutrition strategies that fit your unique lifestyle. I earned my degree in Dietetics from the UCONN & completed a comprehensive dietetic internship giving me valuable hands-on experience in patient-centered nutrition care. Throughout my career I've worked in hospitals & long-term care facilities, supporting patients to manage conditions such as digestive disorders, diabetes, heart disease, obesity, & more. I also founded my own private practice, primary focus for 17 years, specializing in weight management & bariatric nutrition. I've had the privilege of working alongside bariatric surgeons, doctors & specialists, guiding & supporting patients through their health journeys. I provided counseling to individuals with a wide range of health conditions/concerns, always with the goal of making a positive difference.

Every session I offer is completely judgement -free , relaxed, & personalized because i understand that no two people are alike. There’s no one-size-fits-all approach here. Together, we will take the time to get to know each other & focus on what matters most to you- your goals, your concerns, & your unique needs. In our first session, we might review various topics such as—but not limited to—medical history, medication list, blood work, food journals, & your short & long term aspirations- all to help create goals & a plan that truly works for you. Feel free to bring whatever you’d like to share or simply show up just yourself. Follow up sessions will be driven by your initial session & adjusted based on your evolving needs. I'm here to support you every step of the way, & genuinely can't wait to start working with you to turn your health & wellness dreams into reality.
