About Jennifer

Jennifer is a highly experienced RD, LD with over 20 years of expertise in clinical nutrition. Her extensive qualifications and background enable her to effectively support individuals in achieving their health and wellness goals. She earned her degree in Dietetics from the University of Connecticut. She completed a comprehensive dietetic internship, gaining valuable hands-on experience in patient-centered nutrition care. Jennifer began her career working in hospitals and long-term care facilities, where she helped patients manage chronic conditions such as digestive disorders, diabetes, heart disease, and obesity. She later founded a private practice, which became her primary focus for 17 years. She specialized in weight management and bariatric nutrition, conducting evaluations for several bariatric surgeons & offering ongoing support to bariatric patients. Additionally, Jennifer provided personalized counseling to individuals with a wide range of health conditions.

Currently, as part of Nourish, Jennifer focuses her efforts on helping individuals effectively manage chronic health conditions through the development of customized nutrition plans tailored to their unique needs. She is deeply committed to empowering her clients to achieve their health and wellness goals, believing firmly in a natural approach to nutrition that encompasses both physical and emotional well-being.
