About Jennifer
Hi, I'm Jenn, a Registered Dietitian dedicated to improving quality of life through evidence-based nutrition. I focus on realistic, simple goals that fit into real life—no extremes, no overwhelm. My approach is practical, supportive, and centered on sustainable habits that help people feel better, not just follow a plan.
Approach to care
My approach to care focuses on building a positive, sustainable relationship with food while addressing current health concerns. I emphasize small, realistic steps and evidence-based strategies that fit into each client’s lifestyle, supporting long-term health and improved quality of life.
Your first session with Jennifer
Your first session lasts about 60 minutes and is focused on getting to know each other. We’ll review your goals, medical history, lifestyle, and eating habits to build a personalized plan. You may bring labs, medication lists, or food logs if available, but nothing is required. Follow-up sessions focus on building on goals, checking in on progress, and providing continued support and nutrition guidance.
