About Jennifer
I’m a registered dietitian and certified personal trainer who works with individuals across all life stages. I take an inclusive, judgment-free approach to nutrition and focus on helping clients break through barriers to create realistic, sustainable habits that fit their unique lifestyles, goals, and needs.
Approach to care
My approach is personalized and flexible, centered on meeting you where you are in your health journey. Together, we’ll identify barriers that may be getting in the way and develop practical, realistic strategies that fit your lifestyle. I focus on creating sustainable habits that support your goals without restriction, guilt, or one-size-fits-all rules, helping you build confidence around food and nutrition over time.
Your first session with Jennifer
Your first session is a relaxed, collaborative conversation focused on getting to know you. We’ll discuss your health history, goals, lifestyle, and any challenges you’re currently facing with food or nutrition. Together, we’ll identify priorities and begin creating a realistic plan that feels achievable and supportive. You can expect a judgment-free space where questions are encouraged and progress is built at a pace that works for you.
