About Jennifer
I have been a dietitian for almost 20 years. I became a dietitian because I was interested in food sciences and helping people with their diets, plus I enjoy grocery shopping and making new recipes. I am a mom of two teenagers and two dogs. I enjoy working with people and getting them on the right track. Life is short, so it is important to like what you eat! Food shouldn't be difficult.
Approach to care
My approach to care is getting to know each client and trying to find solutions that will fit their lifestyle longterm. My goal is to work with the client and come up with ideas that are exciting and tasteful. All the foods can fit (unless there is an allergy or specific medical reasons) - life is too short to eat food you don't like
Your first session with Jennifer
What you can expect from our first session is that I would like to get to know each client. I want to know any and all food issues, likes, dislikes, and what their expectations are from me. This is a collaboration and the input I receive, the better.
