About Jennifer

Hi, I’m Jennifer, a Registered Dietitian with a passion for the ever-evolving field of nutrition. The science of food and nutrition fascinates me, and I am constantly amazed by its power to heal. I am dedicated to helping my clients reach their health goals through applying evidence-based knowledge. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, staying active with my energetic 2-year-old son, and cuddling with my cat, Bruce.

Approach to care

I use a holistic approach to nutrition care, recognizing that physical, mental, and emotional health are all connected. Understanding where you are in your health journey and where you hope to be is essential. Your story is unique, and therefore, your care plan should be tailored to you. I believe in supporting you with empathy and compassion in a comfortable, non judgmental environment. You know yourself best, therefore collaboration is a huge part of the journey! This collaborative relationship paves the way for meaningful and sustainable change, empowering you to take control of your health with confidence!

Your first session with Jennifer

The first session is all about getting to know each other! You can look forward to a relaxed and supportive environment where you can feel comfortable sharing your story and your reasons for seeking nutrition counseling. I will ask a lot of questions to understand various aspects of your health, such as medical history, food and nutrition habits, sleep patterns, physical activity level, stress management, and social support. Together we will set small measurable goals to work on prior to our next session.
