About Jennifer
Hi, my name is Jennifer. If youâre looking for nutrition support that feels supportive, thoughtful, and realistic, youâre in the right place. Our work together focuses on helping you feel more confident and at ease around food while making steady, meaningful progress toward your health goals. Sessions are personalized and collaborative, with space to ask questions, talk things through, and focus on what matters most to you right now. Thereâs a lot of noise out there when it comes to nutrition. Part of our work is slowing things down, sorting through conflicting advice, and focusing on evidence-based strategies that actually fit your life without extremes or pressure to be perfect.
Approach to care
We focus on progress, not perfection. That means no quick fixes, no rigid rules, and no one-size-fits-all plans. Care is science-driven, practical, and centered around you. Together, we look at nutrition in the context of your health history, labs, lifestyle, stress, sleep, and preferences. Recommendations are explained clearly so you understand the why behind each step and feel empowered to make decisions that work for you. My goal is to build habits that feel manageable and sustainable, not overwhelming or all-or-nothing.
Your first session with Jennifer
Your first session is a conversation. Weâll talk through your health history, lab work if available, your relationship with food, and what youâre hoping to work on. You donât need to have everything figured out before we meet. Together, weâll identify a few clear priorities and practical next steps that feel doable at your pace. Most people leave feeling calmer, more focused, and supported with a plan that feels realistic and tailored to them.
