About Jennifer
I am a Registered Dietitian here in the San Antonio/Austin area. With over 13 years of experience in clinical nutrition, research, counseling, and public health, my passion is truly practicing nutrition. Outside of work, you are most likely to find me on one of the greenways cycling with my family or at home in my garden. I am a native San Antonian and always cheers on the Spurs.
Approach to care
I believe in a patient-centered approach and meeting clients where they are at. Together we will explore your individual path, connection with food, learn to set attainable goals, and explore all that the field of nutrition has to offer.
Your first session with Jennifer
In the first session we get to know each other through conversation and explore why you have made this investment in yourself and where we can go with your health journey.
