About Jennifer
As a registered dietitian with over 14 years of experience, I am passionate about helping individuals build a healthy relationship with food. With a busy household that includes children ranging from toddlers to teenagers, I deeply understand the challenges of maintaining healthy eating habits amid food preferences, dietary restrictions, and picky eating.
Approach to care
My approach is non-judgemental and evidenced based, focusing on nourishment rather than restriction. I believe in empowering people to make informed food choices that help them feel their best - physically and mentally. My goal is to provide realistic, sustainable nutrition strategies that fit into everyday life, making healthy eating accessible and enjoyable for everyone.
Your first session with Jennifer
During our first session we will get to know one another and I will answer any questions you have. We will discuss your goals as well as your current and previous habits, lifestyle, and any pertinent health information. We will then discuss a plan to help move toward achieving your short-term and long-term goals.
