I support people at every stage of their health journey—whether managing a chronic condition, navigating weight changes, or optimizing overall wellness. I specialize in weight management, heart health, diabetes care, and women’s nutrition, offering evidence-based strategies tailored to your unique needs. I work with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds and am especially familiar with Asian and Southeast Asian cuisines, helping clients enjoy traditional foods while building balanced, sustainable eating patterns. As a mom of four, I understand how challenging it can be to prioritize health in a busy life, which is why I focus on realistic, flexible, and sustainable nutrition solutions.
