About Jennifer
Hi, I'm Jennifer - a wellness guide committed to helping you reconnect with your body, restore balance, and feel at home in yourself again. My background includes training with the Metabolic Terrain Institute of Health, where I learned a comprehensive, root-cause, metabolic approach to healing and earned my certification as a Terrain Advocate. I'm passionate about helping you understand the "why" behind your symptoms so you can make empowered choices for long-term health. At heart, I believe the body is intelligent and always communicating with us. When we listen, real healing becomes possible. My work blends science, lifestyle strategies, and a grounded sense of compassion so you feel supported on every level.
Approach to care
I use a metabolic terrain approach, which goes far beyond symptom management and instead explores the deeper environmental, metabolic, and lifestyle factors that shape your health. This model was originally designed to support cancer healing, however its principles apply broadly to chronic conditions influenced by metabolic dysfunction, chronic inflammation, stress and nervous system imbalance, environmental or lifestyle stressors, and undetected nutrient deficiencies. My care blends evidence-based strategies with gentle, intuitive guidance. I hold space for the physical, emotional, and energetic layers of well-being, recognizing that healing happens when all parts of you are supported. You can expect a thoughtful, whole-person perspective that honors your unique health story.
Your first session with Jennifer
Your first session is a spacious, welcoming conversation where we get to explore your health story in a holistic way, through a metabolic terrain lens. Together we will discuss your symptoms, goals, and concerns; explore your lifestyle, stress patterns, and metabolic indicators; look at how terrain factors may be contributing to what you're experiencing; identify practical steps you can take right now; and outline a clear, compassionate path forward. My goal is for you to leave the session feeling understood, supported, and empowered - with a deeper understanding of your body and a sense of hope about the path forward.
