About Jennifer
Hi, Iām Jennifer, a registered dietitian specializing in adult nutrition. I work with individuals managing a wide range of nutrition-related conditionsāfrom chronic illnesses like diabetes, cancer, and heart disease to digestive issues and general wellness and weight management. My approach is rooted in compassion, evidence-based practice, and a deep respect for each personās unique journey with food and health. Outside of work, Iām an avid yogi, cyclist, and hikerāmovement and mindfulness are central to how I live and what I encourage in others. Iām also a proud mom, and I understand firsthand the balancing act of nourishing ourselves while caring for others. I believe that food should support your life, not control it. Whether you're navigating a new diagnosis or simply looking to feel your best, Iām here to help you build a sustainable, enjoyable relationship with food that aligns with your lifestyle and values. Letās work together to find what nourishes you!
Approach to care
My approach to care is grounded in empathy, nutrition science, and real-life practicality. I believe that nutrition is not one-size-fits-allāyour body, your history, your lifestyle, and your goals are unique, and your nutrition plan should be too. In our work together, Iāll support you in making meaningful, lasting changesāwithout guilt, shame, or unrealistic expectations. Whether youāre navigating a medical diagnosis, trying to feel better day to day, or simply seeking a more balanced relationship with food, Iām here to guide you with respect, patience, and evidence-based care.
Your first session with Jennifer
Your first session is all about getting to know youāyour health history, lifestyle, relationship with food, and your goals. Itās a collaborative, supportive conversation designed to lay the foundation for a personalized nutrition plan that meets your needs. No need to prepare anything elaborate. Just bring your questions, concerns, and an open mind. This is a safe, supportive space where we focus on progress, not perfection.
