About Jennifer
I've been practicing as a Registered Dietitian for almost 10 years in different areas that include community nutrition and food access, corporate wellness, and inpatient clinical nutrition. I have helped clients through all of these avenues to improve labs like A1c and find their healthy weight without strict food restriction. I have a strong skillset in culinary nutrition and help clients gain confidence not just in their nutrition knowledge, but also in the kitchen so you feel empowered to make smart food choices without sacrificing joy from food!

I deeply believe in all of the roles food plays in our lives and understand those complexities when it comes to managing your health through food choices. When we work together, it's a partnership as we move through your goals and troubleshoot challenges, meeting you where you're at every step of the way. Your first session with Jennifer
The first time we meet will take a deep dive into learning more about you. You'll have open space to share more about your lifestyle, history with diets, your culture and food preferences, current challenges and barriers in your life, medical concerns, and of course, what you ultimately hope to gain from working one-on-one with a Registered Dietitian. Together, we'll start a roadmap that helps break down your big goals into smaller, achievable goals with action steps you feel good about. You'll leave the first session feeling heard and empowered to move forward because you've got a partner in the journey!
