About Jennifer
Nine years in clinical care has taught me that nutrition counseling is part science and part everyday life. With a Bachelors degree in Dietetics/Nutrition and work as a registered, licensed dietitian, I bring both clinical and hospital experience into practical, usable plans. I enjoy a good craft or DIY project, gardening, getting creative in the kitchen, golfing, laughter, outdoor time, and getting lost in a good book, and those hobbies remind me that health fits into a busy life. I meet patients where they are, curious and patient, and we'll translate goals into small, sustainable changes together.
Approach to care
I use science-backed strategies while staying attuned to the whole person, not just numbers on a chart. We’ll focus on sustainable habits that honor your life and values, translating evidence into clear, actionable steps. I practice from a weight-neutral lens, prioritizing behaviors, wellbeing, and your relationship with food rather than diet rules. Sessions are warm, direct, and educational, so you leave with understanding, realistic goals, and tools we can adjust as life changes.
Your first session with Jennifer
You'll find the first visit is a conversation, low-pressure and judgment-free. We'll review your medical history and any lab work or biometrics, and take a deep dive into your routines and relationship with food so I understand the full picture. Together we'll set short-term, achievable goals and create a practical meal plan to get you started. You don't need to have it all figured out, just bring your questions and we'll build a clear, manageable plan.
