About Jennifer
I'm Jennifer, a licensed RD in Florida where I live with my husband, 2 sons, 3 dogs and a cat! I'm also a certified pilates instructor because I believe our health is a combination of mind, body and spirit. Incorporating healthful nutrition, movement and some kind of way to be able to reduce stress, meditate or just 'zen' out is essential for good health and longevity.
Approach to care
Again, my approach is whole body where I help you with nutrition goals, but also ways to improve your 'healthstyle' in other ways but always using evidenced based methods and recommendations. In addition I would coordinate with your other providers such as physicians, therapists, and anyone that may be able to help with you reaching your health goals in order to deliver personalized nutrition therapy that is sustainable for long term success!
Your first session with Jennifer
In your first session we will go over your medical history and any important labs or health issues that you're concerned about and would like to improve through healthful eating. We work together to come up with actionable goals that can help measure your progress and 'wins' or tweak areas that may need a change. "nothing changes, if nothing changes"
