About Jennifer

Jennifer is a registered dietitian nutritionist and Certified Nutrition Support Clinician. She has worked in various practice settings, specializing in bariatric surgery, weight management, GI health, cardiovascular disease, women's health including maternity and postpartum, and nutrition across the lifespan.

Approach to care

Jennifer believes in a whole-body approach to nutrition and overall health. She aims to provide the knowledge and motivation to empower you to reach your personal nutrition goals in a realistic, sustainable way. She recognizes the important role food has in all of our lives, from a physiological, emotional and cultural standpoint. Her goal is to help you make lifelong behavior changes, rather than short-term quick fixes, while continuing to enjoy your life and your favorite foods.

Your first session with Jennifer

Your first session will include getting to know you, including your medical history, lifestyle, eating habits and your goals. We'll discuss what you've done in the past, what's important to you and together formulate an individualized plan to improve your nutritional health.
