About Jennifer
I am a Registered Dietitian with experience in counseling and inpatient clinical care. I earned my B.S. in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Delaware and completed my Dietetic Internship at Montclair State University. My clinical background shapes how I support people with a variety of medical needs. Outside of work, I enjoy cooking, running, reading and long walks, and I’m currently an MBA student! I understand how nutrition can feel challenging with a busy schedule, so I focus on practical, realistic strategies to help you build sustainable habits.
Approach to care
My care philosophy is rooted in using evidence-based strategies while keeping conversations warm and judgment-free. I focus on helping people build flexible, sustainable habits. I aim to turn nutrition science into clear, actionable steps and help you understand the “why” behind recommendations so you can make confident choices that fit your life.
Your first session with Jennifer
During your initial visit, we’ll review your medical history and talk through how nutrition connects to any health concerns you have. We’ll also go over your current routines and habits so we can set realistic goals together. This is a relaxed, judgment-free space.
