About Jennifer
Hi! I have been a practicing dietitian within the health and wellness space for about 6 years. I've had the opportunity to work one-on-one with a diverse clientele base over the years, educating and counseling on a variety of nutrition topics (everything from mindful and intuitve eating to digestive health support). I like to think of myself as a generalist, I'm here to meet you where you're at and work together to build out a realistic plan to meet your needs!
Approach to care
I believe health and wellness looks different on everyone, so my nutrition philosophy is focused around helping you find your own version of health. I’ll work with you to build a foundation of healthy habits to support your individualized goals and healthiest self. There is no one-size-fits-all when it comes to health and I'm here to help guide you in this process!
