About Jennifer
Jennifer is a registered dietitian nutritionist with advanced certification in diabetes management and more than 20 years of experience in individual and group counseling. She also serves as a lifestyle coach for the National Diabetes Prevention Program, supporting clients in making meaningful behavioral changes to prevent type 2 diabetes. Throughout her career, Jennifer's patient-centric approach has helped individuals achieve measurable improvements in both clinical and behavioral outcomes - including enhanced quality of life, successful weight management, reduced hemoglobin A1C levels, and improved lipid profiles and blood pressure. She is committed to empowering each person she works with to reach their health goals through compassionate, evidence-based care.
