Hi, I’m Jennifer (she/her)—a Registered Dietitian and National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach specializing in sports nutrition and performance fueling. My passion for nutrition began through my own experiences as an endurance athlete, learning how the right fuel could elevate training, recovery, and energy. Over time, that passion grew into a deep appreciation for how food impacts not just athletic performance, but long-term health and well-being. For more than a decade, I’ve helped clients—from everyday exercisers to those managing cholesterol, blood pressure, or blood sugar—cut through nutrition confusion and create simple, sustainable habits that fit real life. Whether you’re training for your next race or just aiming to feel your best, I’ll meet you where you are with evidence-based guidance, practical strategies, and zero judgment.

We’ll start by getting to know each other. I want to learn about you, your lifestyle, and what brings you to Nourish. We’ll explore your current eating patterns and set realistic, personalized goals using the SMART framework. You’ll leave our first session with 1–3 actionable steps to help you start making progress right away.
