About Jennifer
I am Registered Dietitian and have been working for the last 19 years in Austin, TX. I have had the opportunity to work in many different clinical settings throughout my career and have gained invaluable experience and knowledge. My work experience includes all ages from the tiny babies to the geriatric adult. I have specialized in pediatrics, cystic fibrosis, tube feedings/nutrition support, gastrointestinal disorders over the years. I also have a strong interest in sports nutrition, weight loss, and women's health including menopause and those on GLP1.
Approach to care
I am an open book and I love working with people of all ages and backgrounds. Nutrition has been my focus and passion since I was a teen. I believe in meeting people where they are in their journey and identifying approaches that will be sustainable and valuable. It is important to create a trusting space for my clients to feel comfortable asking questions and learning. If there is an area that I don't have as much experience in, I will do everything in my power to research or find your someone that can better address the concern.
Your first session with Jennifer
We will start addressing your nutritional concerns and will develop your personalized plan in your first session. It will be a time where we will have a chance to connect and review your medical history. I will also be conducting a full nutrition assessment and allow you time to ask any questions you may have. Educational needs will be addressed as needed as well.
