About Jennifer
Jennifer has been a registered dietitian for over 16 years. She has experience working with individuals in a variety of settings, and has a background in outpatient counseling, inpatient care, weight management, and long term care. She completed both her Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees at Ball State University.
Approach to care
Jennifer is a firm believer that nutrition is not "one size fits all". Her goal is to provide you with a judgment-free space, while giving you the support and guidance you need to make sustainable changes that promote your vision of a healthy you. You will work together to discover what best works for you so it is not a short-term fix, but rather a long-term lifestyle.
Your first session with Jennifer
Your initial session provides an opportunity to get to know each other. You will share your medical and nutrition history, as well as your concerns and goals you want to achieve, which will provide Jennifer with a better understanding of where you are and where you want to end up.
